She is survived by her daughter Stefanie Coughlin of South Windsor and her son Thomas Coughlin Jr. Her greatest joys in life were her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed going to local bingo halls in Enfield, Windsor Locks and Suffield. She loved Foxwoods Casino and the high stakes bingo. She loved her elephants and had a collection of magnets from US states from her daughter while traveling. She loved what she did, and customers associated her as the funny girl with the black hair or the “Budget Babe”.

She dedicated most of her work at Budget Rent a car. She enjoyed getting together with family and spending vacations in Maine. Catherine’s Church, waitressing at local restaurants and working the concession stand at Osborn field during sporting events. While living in Broad Brook she enjoyed many years as a daycare provider, teaching CCD through St. She grew up in Windsor and was a longtime resident of Broad Brook where she raised her family. Born in Hartford on July 11, 1954, she was the daughter of Raymond E. After a long battle with a chronic disease, she is at peace, pain free and walking again with the angels. Christine Coughlin Christine “Tina” Mary Coughlin (Allen), age 68, passed away peacefully on Januat Hartford Hospital with her loving children by her side.
